An Afternoon of Art and Jazz

Black & Brown Sugar is proud to annouce the second annual Afternoon of Art and Jazz fundraising event to support diabetes education and prevention in minority communities, where diabetes is particularly devastating.

Proceeds from the event will go to Total Lifestyle Change; the Los Angeles based non-profit organization that put together the overwhelmingly successful event last year.

An Afternoon of Art and Jazz will feature the artwork of internationally acclaimed artist Emmy Lu. Carl Anderson, Norman Brown, Lalah Hathaway, and Kevin Toney (Blackbyrds) have all been invited to perform. Celebrated KCAL 9 news anchor Dave Clark will host the afternoon.
